Aegis Development, an affiliate of Aegis Living, leverages 25+ years of experience to offer senior housing development consulting services to help owners and operators successfully meet the growing demand in senior housing.
Aegis Development contracts exclusively on in-demand senior housing projects, including independent living, assisted living, and memory care communities outside of its parent company’s core markets in Washington and California. The company will not serve as an operator for projects it consults on.

Adam has been with Aegis for nearly 20 years and has held positions across the organization, gaining a deep understanding of all dimensions of senior housing and what it takes to build a successful development business.

Brian brings more than 20 years of design, development, and construction experience in the hospitality, commercial, and luxury residential markets.

Jeanna has more than two decades of design and development expertise spanning hospitality, high-end living, and senior living.
HISTORY
For the last 25 years, Aegis Living has been successfully developing senior housing across the West Coast, bringing a unique perspective as a developer, owner, and operator. With the launch of Aegis Development, the organization hopes to help others interested in senior housing development meet the growing demand for assisted living, memory care, and independent living options.
Aegis Living currently operates 36 assisted living and memory care communities along the West Coast, serving more than 2,500 residents and employing more than 2,600 team members.
